Shipping Basics
Port of Loading:
We primarily ship from Ningbo Port, China—one of the world's largest and fastest shipping hubs, located close to our Qiaoxia Town factory.
Container Sizes:
Depending on the size of your FEC or playground, we ship using standard 20-foot or 40-foot HQ containers via sea freight or railway.
Transit Times:
Sailing times range from 15 to 60 days depending on your global location. Contact our sales team for an exact freight quote and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Receiving Your Container
Important Steps When Your Container Arrives
Verify the Details
Check the container number and seal number against your Bill of Lading to ensure you received the correct shipment.
Open Doors Carefully
Ocean transit can be rough. Stand clear and open the container doors slowly, as heavy items may have shifted and could topple out.
Inspect for Damage
Look for water damage, broken crates, deep scrapes, or torn packaging.
Take Photos
If you spot any damage, photograph it immediately from multiple angles before unloading.
Inventory Check
Cross-check the unloaded items against your packing list.
48-Hour Claim Window
Please report any missing pieces or shipping damage to your Vasia representative within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window may result in a denied claim.
